What is a Monthly Automatic Shipment?
The FreeLife Advantage Customer Program saves you 30% off Retail Prices and gives you the convenience of having your favorite FreeLife products shipped to you every month in the event you forget to place your order. We call this your Advantage Order.
• Your Advantage Order does not go into effect until the month after you submit your enrollment. Therefore, you must place a separate order in your enrollment month with FreeLife to qualify for bonuses and commissions.
• If you or your Personally Enrolled Customers place a separate order totaling 35 FreeLife Points (if you are an Advantage 35 customer) or 100 FreeLife Points (if you are an Advantage 100 customer) by the 20th calendar day of the month, your Advantage Order will not be shipped to you.
• Your Advantage Order can be changed online at any time.
• In order to cancel your Advantage Order, you must submit your request in writing to FreeLife. This request can only be faxed to (203) 882-7255 or mailed to P.O. Box 5400 Milford, CT 06460.
